Considering an upgrade to Epicor Version 10?
Have you been told you cannot use Crystal Reports anymore? - Your existing Crystal Reports CAN be upgraded to work with V10. Yes, you eventually will have to upgrade all to SSRS - but in most cases I have found it is easier to upgrade your Crystal Reports to V10 and then you can pick and choose at your leisure when and what reports to upgrade.
Confused by the new V10 Epicor SSRS usage? You are NOT alone. I have upgraded a number of clients and can show you how to modify existing Epicor SSRS reports. Including adding a user defined or added Data Definition field (there is no easy way to do that).
I can also help with BAQ's, Dashboards, BPM's and Customizations.

ABOUT US
I started working with Epicor in 1998 (it was DCD back then) for a small special machine shop in Saint Paul, MN. I worked my way up to Systems Administrator responsible for all things electronic. That company closed it's doors at the end of 2005.

I have been providing consulting help since January 1, 2006.

My main focus has been on the reporting areas of Epicor as well as BAQ's, and Dashboards, BPM's, BAM's, Bartender, Customizations, as well as a number of DB Admin functions.
